TAPPING&DRILLING DEVICE MAIN SPINDLE & TOOL RACK
Tapping is done by taps,taking advantage of the relative speed difference between tapping shaft & main spindle.  In addtion,high precision & deeper hole processing can be done by drlling shaft instead of tapping shaft. The main spindle is made by special steel which has been treated through heat treatment and ground precisely.  This machine is equipped with 5 sets of tools and high precision can be achieved through the equipped micrometer.  The sliding plate is made by high quality cast iron which is also treated through heat treatment and ground precisely.
TAPPING & DTILLING DEVICE: CAM & CAM SHAFT
This adopts magnetic clutch to drive the tapping shaft,and tapping can be achieved by use the revolution difference between main spindle and tapping shaft in the same direction.  Reaming,deep hole drilling and inside or outside tapping can be completed in a cycle by shaking to exchange both of the shafts. Plate cam is for a radial cutting,bell cam is for axial cutting.  At the central journal,the cam shaft is divided into two portion.  Convenient and save much time to exchange cams.  Also, it can be changed into by manual rotating when necessary.

Single Spindle Automatic Lathe
     The single spindle automatic lathes model LD and LD-H, are used for the manufacture of a great vatiety of simple and cimplex turned parts which are relatively short as compared with their diameters.  Fot rxsmpl, bolts, screws, nyts, sleeves etc., all kinds of materials such as steel, brass, aluminum etc.can be machined on these autimatic lathes.
     The new machine, model LD, is available as LD16 and LD26,LD-H as LD26H and LD36H (H: with hydraulic stock chucking provides stronger holding force, reduced chucking time and uses no chuck lever.)   Highly efficient in the manufacture of medium and large cimponent batches, of great advantage in the execution of sprcial turning applications.

    CNC Multi-Slide Automatics LNT Series

    LICO, a leading manufacturer of automatic
    lathes in Taiwan, recently announced a newly
    developed automatic bar machine, LICO CNC
    Multi-Slide Automatic lathe, models LNT26/36
    and LNT 42/65. Combining the advantages of
    cam operated automatics and modern CNC
    multi-axis control technology, the result will
    provide fast set up and easy operation for both
    experienced and non experienced operators.

    This newly designed automatic lathe comprises
    of four compound cross slides and an all tool
    driven 8-position turret mounted on top of a 5 th
    compound slide with one set of tool holders as
    standard equipment.

    The cross slides perform longitudinal turning,
    complex contouring, thread chasing, part off
    ...ect with single point carbide tipped tools. Up
    to three tools can do machining at the same
    time for reducing working cycle time.

    The turret tools are designed with VDI tooling
    system. The tools performing drilling, boring, ID
    threading, recessing, live tools to do cross
    drilling, tapping, milling, slotting on OD, and off
    center drilling, tapping, slotting... on face end.

    A synchronous driven Pick-Off Device on turret.
    can pick up a part off work piece perform back
    machining while the main spincle is doing the
    reular turning on the second work piece. This
    set up will further increase the real productivity.

    Over lapped machining with multi-slide tools is
    the major key point of this automatic lathe.
    Normally, it will perform 3-5 times faster than
    other conventional CNC lathes.
