In Oct 1991 Member  of   Chinese Communist Party Centarl Political Board. Premeer Zhu Rong Ji inspected Meiling Group accompanied by leaders of the province. He regarded Meiling as an enterprise with great prospects in developing high tech high value products with high export potential, after acheiving the 3rd leap forward.

Hefei Meiling Group(called for short as Meiling)is a state owned huge and inportant enterprise with diversification business including, electronics appliance, plastics, paperproduction, copper product, trading, hotel, Food manufacture, and R & D. The corporation headquatar is located in Hefei, Anhui. The number of current  employees has reached 7,000 and the company is  occupying 62,000 square meters.

Meiling Group's gross assets has reached 3.2 billion RMB with annual manufacturing capacity of 1.6 million refrigerators, 200 thousand washing machines, one million VCD sets, 500 thousand computerized water heaters, 40 thousand tons of P.V.C material, 2 million meters of high heat defense electricity wires, 500 thousand sets of foldable metal iron board, 40 million sqare meters of packaging materals and 4 thousand tons of copper products.

Meiing Group has been on the 500-largest-Chinese-enterprise list for consecutive years. And on the 500 most profitable enterprise list for 9 consecutive years. It is rated No,3 out of101argest tax Contribution companies in general home appliance industry and 38th out of 500 most distinctive perfomance companies in Chinese industry. It was given more than 400 awards such as ”5.1 labor award”,”national distinctive quality enterprise and”Jinma National DiStinctive award”. In Nov, 1995, Meiling group became a world class Supplier after getting the cerification of ISO9001 issued by DNV Of Norway. Meiling Holding Limited is the only one who is the ten best companies listed in Shen Zhen stock market in Chinese refrigerator industry. Meiling's main product, refrigerator, has a national market share of 16.9％, rated as No.2 in China. And it became champion in refrigerator industry in 1995 by winning lst place of the national Good Trading Golder Bridge awards for 4 Consecntive years. In April 1997, Meiling was named the of national famous trade mark and became one of the most competitive brands in the electronic appliance market. At the same year, Meiling contributed to environmental protection by getting the ISO14001 certification.

　

　

During the growth, Meiling created the unique "3-D" dynamic target management. which was a people based system delivering all dimension stereotype management to it's employee with a clear control and motivation system by replacing the personal identity with work station identity, makeing the employees change their concept from governmental employed to enterprise employed,  and making management turn into marketing oriented instead of official oriented. Meiling relys on incentive working method to combine the two civilization harmonally. "It develops both product and people which pushed the enterprise forward by the teamwork. After the 15th Chinese Communist Party Congress meeting, Meiling caught the opportunity and pushed revolution.
